Field Manager
As a Field Manager, the individual will work closely with Becca on the following: field planning and development, soil restoration and improvement, succession planning and planting, management of field team and volunteers, bouquet making, seed starting, and more.

Lead Floral Design and Flowershop Manager
As a Lead Floral Design and Flowershop Manager, this individual will work closely with Becca on the following: Design and creation of CSAs, Becca’s Bouquets and arrangements; creating and maintaining seasonal farm floral planters; maintenance of the Flowershop; setting up for workshops including sample arrangements, prepping the shop and cleaning up post event.

As a member of the Flower Farm Field Crew, the individual will work closely with Becca and the Team Managers on the following: field development, soil restoration and improvement, succession planting, bouquet making, seed starting, and more.
